Messer was the host of the most celebrated musical show in Canadian Television history, Don Messer's Jubilee. He was a life-long friend of Jerry Holland Senior. On this rare recording Jerry Holland Senior is accompanied by Auby Foley on guitar. This tape appeared in Don Messer's private collection, at the Nova Scotia public archives in Halifax. 1962
